The School Dental Service (SDS) ensures the oral health of students in school (HarmoS, secondary I, and specialized schools) whose parents reside in the canton of Fribourg. To learn more, follow this:Missions:- Ensure personnel management and act as the HR contact for cantonal authorities.- Provide support (management of hardware, software, various data, and professions, website, and projects) – role of financial oversight and reporting (management of litigation, processes, and schedules), as well as contributing to financial and analytical accounting (budgets, accounts, data entries, and controls).Desired profile:- A commercial diploma (CFC) or recognized equivalent, with professional experience.- Good mastery of common tools (MS Office), particularly Excel.- Proficiency with various professions, preferably related to dentistry (ZaWin, radiology software, etc.), and with SAP S4/HANA and SAC Planning.- Proven experience in a versatile position, ideally in the healthcare or public service sector.- Autonomy, rigor, and a sense of responsibility for various entrusted tasks.- Team spirit, flexibility, and capacity in the French language with good knowledge of German.Contact information:School Dental Service, Carole Plancherel, Head of Service, Boulevard de Pérolles 23, Fribourg.
