We are recruiting an accountant for a temporary mission of 12 to 18 months to strengthen our Finance team of 5 people. College Champittet belongs to the Nord Anglia Group, and you will work in a dynamic environment with accounting requirements in close contact with several departments of the school. Your financial and accounting responsibilities will be as complex and varied as the activities of the College: (with primary and secondary sections), three curricula leading to three different diplomas, numerous holiday camps, and annexes throughout the year.Accountant 80 - 100% / Temporary mission of 12 to 18 monthsMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Issue invoices to clients, tuition fees, and various support to the person responsible for communicating and interacting with our clients.- Enter supplier invoices.- Manage the portfolio of credit cards and pocket money for internal students.- Carry out ad-hoc financial analyses.- Provide support for closing monthly entries.- Assist with new software functionalities related to the Nord Anglia Group and external consultants based in Switzerland.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS- Degree, HES in business management or commerce diploma with 5-7 years of experience in a service ideally in finance or hospitality.- Good knowledge of Excel and ideally the software NAV BC.- Good level of English minimum B2/C1.- Ease in customer relations.- Extracts from the Swiss criminal record or valid work permit. jidee367bbaen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
