The company has nearly 380 employees in its offices in Basel, Locarno, Neuchâtel, Nyon, Wollerau, Zug, Geneva and Zurich.To strengthen our Accident & Health team in French-speaking Switzerland (Geneva or Nyon), we are looking for an engaged, structured personality with excellent communication skills as:Broker Accident & Health (100%)Your main responsibilities- Comprehensive advice and support for corporate clients in all areas of accident insurance, daily sickness allowance insurance and related benefits.- Manage and conduct market analyses, tenders and comparisons of different offers.- In close cooperation with the senior branch specialist, actively contribute to the development of relationships with existing clients and support the acquisition of new clients in close cooperation with client managers and the network.- Active participation in internal meetings as well as cross-functional projects aimed at improving service quality, efficiency and commercial performance.Your profile- Solid background in social and personal insurance (accident & health), degree or equivalent.- Several years of experience (5-10 years) in corporate consulting in the field of accident insurance, daily sickness allowance insurance and related benefits, ideally within an insurance company or a brokerage firm.- Strong client focus.
