Ensure regulatory, technical, and safety compliance of the vehicles. Actively participate in maintenance operations and provide technical support to the teams. Anticipate the evolution of the vehicle fleet and technologies. Ensure the proper maintenance and availability of tools and infrastructure in the garage. Assume responsibility for the safety of the released vehicles. Organize and motivate the maintenance center team and oversee the training of apprentices. Develop the annual budget for the maintenance center and participate in investment decisions. Ensure garage on-call service and guarantee optimal responsiveness in case of events. Collaborate closely with various internal partners.Profile: You hold a vocational diploma as a heavy vehicle mechanic and have solid professional experience of at least X years in the maintenance of heavy vehicles or you possess good knowledge of public transport and its challenges. You master team management, budget monitoring, and you are comfortable with the responsibilities related to safety, quality, and compliance. You demonstrate leadership, rigor, precision, and a keen sense of responsibility. You are willing to provide on-call service and reside within a radius allowing for TMR intervention.
