PROFA, recognized as serving the public good Nurse (40%) PROFA, recognized as serving the public good by Vaud, offers spaces for dialogue in the area of intimacy across the territory of Checkpoint Vaud, hosted at the Community and HIV-STD Competence Center (CCO), aimed at men who have sex with men (MSM) and transgender, non-binary individuals and their partners, is active in the field of sexual health and wishes to hire for Checkpoint Vaud in Lausanne on a permanent basis: A nurse (40%) Main missions: - Welcome beneficiaries and follow up on medical files. - Perform various medical-technical acts, including blood draws, injections, urine tests, rapid HIV tests, STD tests, executed under the supervision of our Checkpoint doctor. - Ensure the psychosocial and counseling support that accompanies them. - Promote internal and external collaboration. - Participate in the team life of the Checkpoint, taking into account the network partners in their activities. Required skills and qualifications: - Nursing degree recognized. - Knowledge and work experience in the field of sexual and community health, particularly for MSM, transgender, and non-binary individuals whom the Checkpoint serves. - Skills in using standard tools (Office suite and file software): French language or equivalent level. Knowledge of English, Spanish, and Portuguese is an asset.
