To strengthen the HR service, HIB is looking for a: Human Resources Assistant (100%) Your mission: • Ensure the complete management of the life cycle of employees and their files • Manage payroll processing and the entry of variable data • Monitor and control various absences in the time management system • Contribute to the follow-up of social insurance (AP, APG / LPP, withholding tax) • Draft regular correspondence and establish work contracts • Perform various tasks related to personnel Your profile: • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position • Completed commercial employee CFC or equivalent • Experience in HR management • You possess experience in payroll and human resources • Knowledge of the hospital environment would be an asset for this position • Comfortable with MS Office tools and systems • Endowed with a dynamic and positive personality, you demonstrate autonomy and know how to manage priorities efficiently.
